Reminding myself to give soft answers...
even when my first reaction is to react with a harsh word.

Sometimes I don't heed my own reminders.
(But I try to think before I speak.)

Turning the other cheek isn't always easy. 

But it can definitely diffuse a situation. 

Doing the right thing is rarely easy thing.
